Terms & Conditions

  1. THE PAYMENT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP CARD IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  2. The membership card is not a credit card, debit card, or ATM card. It's exclusively for loans, thus customers may only use it for loans with the incentives that come with it.
  3. Customer or recommendation person can utilise the membership card.
  4. If a customer's loan is granted by our company but he or she rejects it, the card payment will not be refunded.
  5. For your loan application, the decision of the login department is final.
  6. If a consumer has any questions about the loan procedure, he or she should contact the department where their files are being processed.
  7. We will verify your documents in multiple banks, so that whatever documents consumers present in our company satisfy any bank's standards, we will proceed with the loan procedure only with that bank. (For instance, if your file matches in two banks, our company's log in department will only log in your document in those two banks.) An employee of the company performs the verification. No proof will be provided by the company or the bank.
  8. It is not guaranteed that a customer's file will be logged in only one bank. It could also be validated in other banks, depending on the customer's file.
  9. Aside from the cost of the membership card, our organisation does not charge any additional fees. If you are charged by a third party, our organisation is not responsible.
  10. On customer loan approval, there are no processing or file fees. There is only one fee, and it is for a lifetime membership card.
  11. If a customer's file is connected to an uncoded bank, the consumer will be charged separately.
  12. Our organisation will login to customer files according to their specifications. (For instance, if a customer's demand is 1 lakh and a bank's criteria are up to 50,000, we will not login their file in that bank.) We will not apply below the requirement criteria because the customer's demand is 1 lakh.
  13. If a customer describes their profile to us and asks whether their loan will be accepted or not, the loan approval criteria are 60% and 40%, which indicates that 60% of the time the loan will be approved and 40% of the time the loan will be rejected. As a result, if your file is rejected by our organisation, the customer will not have to argue. Because the corporation does not require a guarantee for the loan.
  14. If a customer's file is rejected by our company, any bank can reopen it for processing. However, the length of time it takes to activate a code varies by bank, ranging from 3 to 4 months. If the bank's clearance arrives inside the code activation time frame, only the company reference will be used. As a result, the customer will not be aware that the loan is based on his or someone else's credit history. If the loan is accepted in that bank after the code is deactivated, our company is no longer liable.
  15. Company will make every effort to approve a customer's loan, but if a customer's file is rejected for any reason, the company will not be held liable because the company does not guarantee loan approval.
  16. All details from any client file logged in by the company will not be shared to any customer in writing or digital form.
  17. In our company, all papers given by customers are kept safe. We exclusively use the documents for loan purposes. After then, if papers are exploited by third parties, the corporation will not be held liable.
  18. The procedure of obtaining a loan offer and obtaining a pre-approval loan is solely dependent on bank restrictions, and that type of loan will be granted only based on client behaviour. As a result, there is a significant difference between that type of process and the procedure used by the organisation. If the loan is granted by another company, the consumer will not be able to hold us responsible.
  19. Loan approval is solely based on your profile, thus if your documents are in order, you will be approved for a loan from our firm.
  20. Only those who have applied for a loan are given the loan information.
  21. If a consumer does not contact us within three days of the loan being processed, the file will be rejected by our organisation.
  22. If your file is rejected by our company, customers must ensure that they resubmit their documents with a remedy to our company within six months.
  23. If a customer's loan is denied due to a query, the company is not liable.
  24. Your membership card money will not be refunded if your file is rejected by our company.
  25. If a customer cancels a file after it has been processed, the membership card payment is non-refundable.
  26. If a customer applies for the first time and is denied by our company, the firm will explain why and provide a remedy. If the customer does not re-submit the file with the solution, the file will be rejected by our company for the same reason.
  27. The company will only disclose a rejection reason to the consumer and will not furnish you with a paper or soft copy of that reason. Some banks just supply generic reasons; they do not present us with particular reasons so that customers do not have to complain.
  28. The customer must provide accurate information regarding their CIBIL SCORE and PROFILE. If a customer provides incorrect information, the company will not be held liable for loan denial as a result of such error.
  29. Bank charges are imposed in accordance with the bank's rules and regulations.
  30. The customer who submitted forged paperwork will face legal action from the company.
  31. Customer must contact just the login department after logging in their file, not any telly caller or other department.
  32. Persons who have previously applied for a loan with the same bank as our organisation will not be considered.
  33. If any bank's rules change during the loan procedure, we must obey the new rules.
  34. Only the person who need a loan must complete the loan application process.
  35. Customers must provide their phone number in order for the login department to contact them.
  36. After completing the loan process, the customer must visit the bank to cancel their check.
  37. If the firm discovers any queries throughout the loan processing period and does not resolve them within the allotted time, the company will take longer to process the loan. As a result, the consumer would not be able to complain about it.
  38. If a customer wants to reapply after a file rejection or acceptance, he or she must resubmit their documents through the customer login option.
  39. When you apply for a loan through our website, we just display you your loan eligibility. So whatever information you provide on the internet is solely used by software, and it only shows your pre-approval, not your final approval. Only your documentation will determine whether or not you are approved. We are not providing you with any assurances in this regard.
  40. During the processing time, our websites will display a membership card for demonstration purposes only. So, no, that isn't your actual membership card. In this case, whatever information the consumer provides is accepted by the softwear, and the system displays a pre-approval based on the information provided by the customer. After completing the entire loan process on our website, the customer will receive a card.
  41. The company's privacy policy, rules, and restrictions apply to marketing and advertising as well.
  42. Any advertisement, page update, post, Video, SMS, E-mails, Banners, social media updates, or any other sort of content is considered marketing.
  43. The customer made his payment through a third-party payment source. As a result, whenever the company receives money, only membership cards or codes are generated. If a customer's payment is debited from his account but no payment is received in the company's account, the firm is not accountable.
  44. Account verification is required for any customer payout. If your account has not been validated by our company and a payment has been credited to the company's account, the company is not liable for any queries.
  45. Our company is a private limited company with banking relationships, hence we only provide loans through banks.
  46. The multiple bank logos displayed on our website are solely for the purpose of our company's marketing. The emblems of the banks solely indicate that our company is affiliated with them. That isn't an advertisement for a bank.
  47. If someone takes legal action against the company, only our legal counsel will handle it, and Surat, Gujarat will be the only point of contact for any legal proceedings. No one is able to contact any of our company's employees or directors.
  48. It would be unacceptable to make a noisy declaration. For any customer, only a signed agreement would be appropriate.

GENERAL RULE

If the login department fails to respond to consumer queries with accuracy, dedication, and responsibility, the corporation will terminate the agency.
